What 915 Mover is

915 Mover is a referral service. We connect people who are planning a move with independent moving companies and service providers. We are not a moving company. We do not own trucks, we do not employ moving crews, and we do not pack, load, transport, or deliver your belongings. The move itself is always performed by the independent provider you choose to hire.

How the service works

When you submit a request through this site, we pass your move details to one or more independent moving providers so they can contact you with quotes. You are free to accept or decline any quote. Any agreement for moving services is between you and the provider you hire — including the price, the schedule, and the services performed. We are not a party to that agreement.

Quotes are estimates

Any price you receive through this site — including any instant estimate shown on the site and any quote a provider gives you — is an estimate provided by the provider, not a guarantee. Your final cost is set by your written agreement with the provider and can differ from an estimate based on the actual weight or size of your shipment, the services you select, access conditions at your addresses, and other factors the provider describes in its paperwork. Always read the provider’s written estimate or contract before you book, and keep a copy.

No guarantee of provider performance

We work to connect you with providers we believe to be legitimate, but we do not control and cannot guarantee any provider’s pricing, availability, licensing status at the time of your move, work quality, or handling of your belongings. Before hiring a mover, verify its credentials yourself (in Texas, movers must hold a TxDMV certificate, which you can check in the TxDMV “Truck Stop” database) and read recent reviews. Claims about loss or damage are handled under your agreement with the provider and applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information when you request quotes, to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit requests for anyone else without their permission.

Communications

When you submit a request, you agree that 915 Mover and the providers we connect you with may contact you about your move by phone, text, and email, as described on the form you submit. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 915 Mover is not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of any independent provider, or for any loss or damage arising from a move performed by a provider you hired. Our role begins and ends with the referral.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date above, is the version that applies.
